Welcome to Kodali Stays. By placing a direct reservation or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all guest stays across Kodali Guest Suites, Kodali Elite Suites, and Kodali Villa.

Reservation & Payment Policy

  • Booking Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or deposit as specified during checkout.

  • Payment Methods: We accept online payments and through UPI. All transactions are billed securely in advance.

  • Guest Verification: Primary guests must be at least 21 years of age and provide valid government-issued photo identification prior to check-in.

Property-Specific Check-In & Check-Out Times

  • Kodali Guest Suites:

    • Check-In Time: 12:00 PM (Noon) local time.

    • Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM local time.

    • Note: Unapproved late check-outs and early check-ins may incur additional fees.

  • Kodali Elite Suites & Kodali Villa:

    • 24-Hour Flexible Check-In & Check-Out: Guests staying at Kodali Elite Suites and Kodali Villa enjoy flexible 24-hour check-in and check-out options based on their scheduled arrival time and reservation booking window.

Access & Smart Cards

  • Secure smart cards will be given at the time of check-in after checking credentials.

Property Rules & Guest Obligations

To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, the following rules are strictly enforced:

  • Occupancy Limits: Maximum occupancy must strictly adhere to property limits (2–4 guests per room for Guest Suites, 6–9 guests per room for Elite Suites, and up to 60 guests for Kodali Villa).

  • No Unapproved Parties or Events: Unauthorized large gatherings or disruptive noise levels are strictly prohibited and result in immediate termination of stay without refund.

  • No Smoking Policy: All suites, indoor villa spaces, and balconies are strictly non-smoking. Violation will incur a specialized deep-cleaning fee.

  • Quiet Hours: Observed daily between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Direct Booking Cancellation: Cancellations need to be check with the appropriate property website.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations before 48 hours of check-in or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • One Month Notice: One month notice of booking cancellation is required for Kodali Villa. Because this cancellation notice is being submitted 30 days prior to arrival, it falls well outside the 48-hour non-refundable window specified in your terms. Please accept this letter as formal confirmation of the cancellation and reply to confirm receipt. Additionally, please process any applicable refund due back to the original form of payment according to your direct booking policy.

Damages & Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property, furniture, or equipment during their stay.

  • Kodali Stays reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for repair costs, missing items, or extraordinary cleaning fees.

  • Kodali Stays is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guest personal property during their stay.
